We collect information you provide when using Infowin services, including account details (name, email), organization data, and business data entered across subsystems.
2. Data Usage
Collected data is used solely to provide Infowin services, improve product experience, and provide necessary customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We use PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure complete isolation between organizations. All data transmissions are HTTPS-encrypted, and static data is encrypted at rest in the cloud. Even our development team cannot directly access customer production data.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account exists. After account deletion, data will be completely removed from our systems within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies to maintain login sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
